Heart Penguin Cookies

Whether you have a penguin lover in your life, or simply if you're looking for something non-pink or red this Valentine's Day, these penguin heart cookies are so cute! And while they are a little time consuming (covering the Oreos in chocolate), they aren't hard at all!

What You Need
What To Do

After melting the dark chocolate, drop one Oreo at a time and cover it with chocolate. Using a fork, remove Oreo from chocolate and tap on the side of the cup letting the excess chocolate drip off. Run the fork along the edge of the cup and then slip the Oreo onto parchment paper.  Once the chocolate had set (either the freezer or fridge can expedite this process if you’re impatient like me :)). Melt the white chocolate and spoon it into

Once the chocolate has set, take melted white chocolate and spoon it into a piping or ziplock bag (just cut a small hole in one of the corners). Squeeze out the white chocolate

Squeeze out the white chocolate onto the cookies the shape of a hearts. Then, colour in the heart shapes using the piping bag.

Wait for white chocolate to set slightly. Then, place the mini chocolate chips in the place of eyes.

Allow chocolate to set. Then using a toothpick, draw an upside down triangle as the beak.

Let harden and then enjoy!
